Tip: What to Eat for Lunch (to Lose Weight)

A Harvard School of Public Health Study discovered that on days people eat fast food they consume an average of 187 extra calories.

These extra calories can lead to a six pound weight gain in one year.

Call to Action:

Make a healthy sandwich and eat some fresh fruit instead of relying on a fast food meal.

This can be as simple as starting with whole grain bread, some natural peanut butter (no hydrogenated oils, sugar, or salt), and 1/2 banana (slice and add just before eating) or add some raisins or other dried fruit.  Eat an apple, orange, or another piece of fresh fruit.

What do you do to avoid eating fast food for lunch (or other times)?

To your wellness,
