These extra calories can lead to a six pound weight gain in one year.

Make a healthy sandwich and eat some fresh fruit instead of relying on a fast food meal.
This can be as simple as starting with whole grain bread, some natural peanut butter (no hydrogenated oils, sugar, or salt), and 1/2 banana (slice and add just before eating) or add some raisins or other dried fruit. Eat an apple, orange, or another piece of fresh fruit.
