Tip: Strength Training – Reduce Risk of Injury

Reduce Risk of InjuryStrength training is an excellent way to reduce your risk for injury as you age.  Strong muscles support and nourish bones and joints and hold them in good alignment.  Weak muscles are more prone to injury.

Call to Action:

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that adults perform at least one set of strengthening moves 2 to 3 times per week.
