Tip: Stop the Excuses

No ExcusesWhen starting a new exercise routine and/or healthy habit, or to stay on course for one you’ve already begun, don’t use the “excuse” that you don’t have time for xyz.  That excuse just means it isn’t important to you.  Just ten minutes a day is better than nothing.

Call to Action:

When you are tempted to make excuses try rethinking your excuse:

  • “But I don’t have time.” >> Then you better prepare for more time to be sick.

  • “But I have a desk job.”  >> The desk can’t move, but you can!

  • “But I enjoy sitting and watching TV after dinner.”  >>  Do you also enjoy hurting or taking medicine?

To your wellness,

Lynn
