Tip: Setting Health Goals

Too often promises made one month dwindle within 30 to 60 days. Why? Even with good intentions, health and wellness goals are often too high, too vague, or lacking action plans that work.

Too often promises made one month dwindle within 30 to 60 days.  Why?  Even with good intentions, health and wellness goals are often too high, too vague, or lacking action plans that actually work.  To have success, you must set realistic goals.

Call to Action:

As you set health and wellness goals:

  1. Write down specifically what you want to achieve.

  2. And when you want to achieve these goals.

  3. Read your goals daily so they become part of you.

As we begin the decent into the months leading up to the holidays, what are your intentions surrounding your health goals?  Do you plan to be more intentional now with your goals?  Or will you wait to make that “once a year” resolution after you blow it during the holidays?

“Health is the one thing that makes you think that now is the best time of the year.” ~ Franklin Pierce Adams

To your wellness,
