Call to Action:

  1. Develop a plan of action.  (At first, keep it simple.)
  2. Identify tools and support systems.  (Keep it simple.)
  3. Put your plan into action.  (Remember, keep it simple at first.)

Note:  Exercise is essential to becoming healthy.  If you have not exercised much, build your activity level slow and steady until it becomes a habit.
