  1. I can attest to the truth and effectiveness of a vision board. I created one about 5 years ago and keep it on the wall where I work.

    I created my foam-board visions in 4 sections. The sections of pictures are (don’t laugh) Fitness (exercise pics), Eating (healthy food pics), Love (pictures of men) and Money (travel, cars, jewelry pics).

    I have literally experienced all 4 sections off and on. During the next 5 years, I’m expecting to experience all of them at once and to maintain that status!

    Now, I realize “years” can seem a long way off for someone just starting out with a vision board, but if you look at it everyday and contemplate being the way you envision, you will attract it into your life. Be patient and dedicated.

      I’m not laughing… I know that visualizing what you want and having success, as you’ve described so well, absolutely works. And it’s never too soon to start – anything – because that time will be here before you know it.
