p.s. I am not a proponent of weighing daily since the result can be misleading from one day to the next.  It is a good idea to weigh periodically so you can track your progress over time. Personally, I’ve always relied on how my clothes fit. Are they getting too tight or looser? If you vow not to buy the next size up then you can only go one way.  What has been your habit?
