Call to Action:

When eating out:

  1. If you tend to overeat when you go to a restaurant, ask the server to pack half the meal in a to go box before serving you your meal.
  2. Order one entrée and share it.  Each person can then order their own salad, but easy on the salad dressing.

When eating at home:

  1. Serve yourself half the amount you usually eat if you tend to eat everything in front of you.
  2. Make less food look like more by serving your food on smaller plates. (The old food photographer trick!)

To your wellness,
