According to a study by Cornell University researchers, people who placed only 2 items on their plate at once in a buffet line, ate 21% less food and made one less trip through the buffet line, than those who put a variety of food on their plate.
Call to Action:
Especially during the Thanksgiving holiday, keep this in mind when serving your plate.
It’s also better to eat in moderation and take your time eating so you don’t over do it and eat too much. This doesn’t mean you have to pass up all your favorites, just limit the amount.
To your wellness,
p.s. Have a wonderfully blessed and healthy Thanksgiving. 😉
