When we don’t burn the calories we consume at dinner before going to bed then the unused calories are efficiently stored as fat, which only makes us fatter! 🙁

Call to Action:

Do what you can for you and your family to finish eating before 7:30 P.M.

This will allow sufficient time for some digestion and utilization of calories to occur before lying down and going to bed.

    How tight our pants are getting is the surest, fastest way to know if weight gain is creeping on, forget the scales, they are very misleading, especially for us ladies.

    If you know you’ll be eating later than usual or pushing the 7:30 time limit then choose a lighter “meal” or drink a smoothie, which is filling and digests quicker than other foods.
