Call to Action:

For a quick energy pick up, set a timer for 15 minutes, clean, and organize your space during that time, like a race.

When you get rid of clutter do you notice you have more energy?

  1. This is a great tip. I had just started doing this (without the timer) a couple of weeks before I had a ‘surprise’ heart attack. Now my husband and mother-in-law are cleaning out all my cupboards, and drawers, and clutter. I think your 15-minute do-it-yourself strategy is a much easier plan of attack!

    1. Hi Sharon,
Yes, I would agree with you. What I used to do is not do anything because I knew it would take more time than I had or wanted to devote to getting the job completed. So by committing just 15 minutes and stopping if that’s all the time I have or want to give then eventually all the clutter gets dealt with. It doesn’t seem to be an overwhelming task – just 15 minutes!

What a great gift to you! To have others decluttering for you should help to reduce or eliminate your stress, which is necessary especially as you fully recover.

      To your wellness,
      Lynn
