Call to Action:
Here in North Florida blueberries are in season. So depending on where you live, check for local U-pick farms, go pick several gallons at a minimum, and freeze some to enjoy throughout the year. Our family goes every year and one year we picked 22 gallons!
To freeze fresh blueberries, place them on a jellyroll pan in a single layer and freeze, than transfer them into a freezer safe storage container.
Note: If you rinse them before freezing, lay them out on towels to air dry before freezing.
