Research shows that diet can contribute to at least one-third of all cancers. Replacing an animal-based diet with a plant-based diet can lower the rate of the big four — lung, breast, colon and prostate cancers — which account for more than 50 percent of all cancer deaths.
Call to Action:
Eat more cancer-preventing foods, like fruits and vegetables and seafood, and fewer cancer-causing foods, like junk foods high in sugar, hydrogenated oils, food coloring and additives. And remember, what you eat can both cause and prevent cancer!!!
