Call to Action:

Plan for and/or prepare a healthy breakfast (and lunch) the night before, to ensure you get your day off to a healthy start.

If you’re short on time in the mornings, consider packing breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks and water in an insulated lunch bag so you can grab it as you go out the door to work or school.

Dr. Bill Sears refers to eating a healthy breakfast as a “brainy breakfast.”  This is especially true for growing children.

To your wellness,

Lynn
