Eating Breakfast BenefitsAccording to a study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, children and adolescents who ate breakfast regularly maintained a healthy weight, had higher test scores, better grades and better school attendance than those who skipped breakfast.

Call to Action:

To keep your children healthy and create lifelong healthy eating, start early.  Introduce them to healthy snacks such as fresh fruit, veggies and whole grains instead of processed packaged foods and this is especially important as they start their day.
