Call to Action:

  1. Ask a friend or family member to take a short walk or do some other physical activity with you today.
  2. Is this person available on a regular basis?  If so, devise a schedule to join each other regularly so each of you can be consistent and stay motivated to exercise.

When you are accountable to someone else, you are more likely to follow through with your exercise plan.
