Misc. Foods Conversion Chart
Whole food form:
It measures approximately:
Cheese – 8 ounces 2 cups shredded
Eggs – 6-7 large 1 cup egg whites
Flax Seeds – 1/4 cup whole/dry
1/3 cup ground (we use a designated coffee grinder to grind)
Pecans – 1 pound shelled 2 cups chopped
Walnuts  1 pound shelled 2 cups chopped
