Yield: 4-6 servings
Choose any or all of these as available seasonally, but combine at least four.
Wash all fresh fruits well beforehand.
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup cubed pineapple
1 cup sliced grapes (red and/or green seedless)
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cut pear, cut in small chunks
2 Tbsp. orange juice (fresh squeezed is best) or use juice from pineapple
1 Tbsp. honey
Organic vanilla or plain yogurt (optional)
In a large bowl combine washed and prepared fruit, orange juice, and honey. Toss gently together and chill.
May be eaten with plain or vanilla yogurt. Sprinkle some granola on top.
