A healthy salad dressing that’s tasty and nutritious.

1-inch grated ginger root

2 red peppers

1/4 cup chopped parsley

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1-2 teaspoons ground flax seeds

Preparation:Add an Image

Combine all ingredients using a blender.  If the dressing is too thick, add a little fresh water.
