If you find it difficult to schedule an exercise and fitness routine for 30-minutes or more each day, start in small increments and increase by five minutes a day as time permits. You may even find it difficult to quit once you get started. 😀
Call to Action:
Day 1: Exercise for just five minutes today.
It’s recommended you continue at this pace if possible:
Day 2: Exercise for ten minutes today.
Day 3: Exercise for 15 minutes today.
Day 4: Exercise for 20 minutes today.
Day 5: Exercise for 25 minutes today.
Day 6: Exercise for 30 minutes today.
Note: It is best not to start an exercise program while trying to alter your diet dramatically. If you do, chances are you will fail at both. Initially exercise is more important than diet for losing weight.
To your good health,
p.s. Do not use the fact that you are not 100% physically fit as an excuse not to exercise. In fact, in most cases, the only way to get closer to that 100% is to follow a consistent fitness program. If you can’t increase your exercise routine by five minutes each day working up to 30 minutes then just stick with 5 – 10 – 15 – 20 minutes until you can.
