|1/8 cup||+||1/2 cup||=||2|
|1/4 cup||+||1 cup||=||4|
|1/2 cup||+||2 cups||=||8*|
Grind flax seed in blender on high speed for about one (1) minute.
Add water and continue to blend for 2 minutes.
*Using this mixture: 1/4 cup = 1 egg; 1 cup = 4 eggs.
This mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
