Eat Less MeatEating more plant-based foods and less meat is very healthful in lowering high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure and high blood sugar.  Dr. Bill Sears says, “Food from plants keep your arteries soft and smooth; food from animals makes them stiff and sticky.”  The FACT is: Plant eaters out live animal eaters.

Call to Action:

Eat more plant-based foods, like salad, fruits, beans and nuts, and eat less meat, like bacon, ribs, pork chops and beef.  And, if you need another reason, keep in mind your risk is lower of getting almost any disease you’d care not to have when you do! 🙂

To your wellness,

Lynn
