Create a fresh fruit and vegetable tray for your child to “graze” on during the day or after school for a healthy snack. Children can eat the fresh vegetables plain or dip in the homemade ranch dressing. Serve the fresh fruit plain or dip in the homemade honey lemon dressing.

Hummus

This is one of our favorite appetizers to each with organic blue corn chips or cut up veggies. We also like to take hummus with us traveling and eat on our homemade whole wheat bread.
