  • Brush your teeth thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes with a toothbrush that has a small head, which will easily reach into the corners of your mouth.

  • To brush your teeth properly, hold a soft bristled brush at a 45-degree angle to your teeth and gums and use gentle back and forth strokes. Hold it vertically to clean the inside surfaces of your front teeth.
